What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

Account data: username, email if you provide one, password hash, authenticator enrolment, age declaration and country. Play data: every hand, action, chat message and note, the tables you sat at and the sessions you held. Money data: deposits, withdrawals, addresses and ledger entries. Device data: IP address, device identifiers and browser characteristics used to bind sessions and detect abuse. Verification data: documents and checks where identity verification is required.

Why we use it

To run the games and settle money correctly; to keep accounts secure; to detect collusion, bots and fraud; to meet anti-money-laundering and responsible-gaming obligations; to pay promotions and affiliates; and to answer support requests. Play data is retained because hands are evidence: a dispute months later can only be resolved from the record.

Who sees it

The operator that owns your account and the platform staff who run the games, under scoped, audited access. Verification and screening providers where we are required to check identity or sanctions. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and money records are kept for as long as the law on gambling and anti-money-laundering requires after the account closes. Hand histories are kept as long as they are needed as evidence. Device and session records are kept for the period needed to detect abuse. When you ask us to close your account, personal fields are anonymised where the law allows.

Your rights

You can see and correct your profile in Account, export your hand history, sign out any device, and ask for your account to be closed. Depending on where you live you may also have rights of access, portability, erasure and objection; requests go to support and are answered within the statutory period.

Cookies and storage

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for sessions and preferences. The cookie policy lists them.

Rules and availability may vary by operator and jurisdiction. The terms shown by your operator govern your account.
