Commission

Revenue share on the net rake and fees your players generate, by tier. Your tier is set each month by the number of new first-time depositors you referred that month, and it applies to all your players' revenue that month, not only the new ones.

CPA and hybrid (reduced revenue share plus a fixed amount per qualified depositor) are available on request for partners with proven volume. Qualification for CPA is one deposit plus a minimum of 50 raked hands.

Sub-affiliates: 5% of the commission earned by partners you refer.

What is different here

• No negative carryover. A losing month is zero, not a debt against next month.
• Published tiers. Everyone sees the same table.
• Low minimum: payouts from 100 USDT.
• Paid in crypto (USDT on Tron, Solana or Polygon) by the 10th of the following month to your verified payout address.
• Lifetime attribution. A referred player is yours for as long as the account exists. Attribution is written at registration and cannot be changed except by an audited, two-person correction that you are notified of.
• 90-day cookie, first-party, signed. An explicit code at signup always wins over a cookie.

Deductions

Net revenue is gross rake and tournament fees minus: bonuses and rakeback paid to your players, chargebacks and confirmed fraud, and transaction fees. Nothing else. There are no "software royalty" or "administration" lines. Every statement shows the arithmetic per player (pseudonymised) and per contract version.

Tracking and reporting

The partner portal shows clicks, registrations, first deposits, active players, contributed rake, commission and payout status, updated hourly. Every report can be exported as CSV, and you can register postback URLs for registration and first-deposit events. Player identities are pseudonymous in the portal; you see labels and revenue, not names.

Rules

• No private rakeback, rake races or cashback offers to your players outside the promotions Riverline publishes. This protects every partner's players from being poached and is treated as fraud if found — commission is forfeited.
• No bidding on the Riverline brand or its operator skins' brands in paid search.
• No incentivised or self-referred registrations; no traffic from jurisdictions where Riverline does not accept players.
• No misleading claims about bonuses, licensing or odds.
• Responsible-gaming messaging and 18+ marks must appear where you promote Riverline.

Breaches are reviewed by a person; you are told the finding and can respond before commission is withheld.

Getting started

Apply in the portal. Applications are reviewed within two business days. You will need a verified payout address and, above 5,000 USDT of cumulative commission, identity and tax information for the jurisdiction you are paid in. Contracts are versioned and effective-dated; a change to your terms never rewrites a statement already issued.
