Anti-money-laundering and identity policy

Real-money play requires that we know who you are, where your funds come from, and that neither is sanctioned.

Identity verification

Before real-money play we verify your identity and age. Verification tiers determine your deposit and withdrawal limits; a higher tier requires more documentation. We may re-verify at any time, including on a change of address, an unusual pattern of play or a large withdrawal.

Source of funds

Deposits are screened against sanctions lists and known mixing services. We may ask for evidence of the source of funds for deposits above a threshold, and hold funds until it is provided.

Monitoring

The ledger records every movement of value. Patterns consistent with chip dumping, structuring or layering are flagged for review. Where we are required to, we report suspicious activity to the relevant authority and may not tell you that we have done so.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid only to addresses you have verified and only in a currency you have deposited, to the extent the law and our risk rules allow. New addresses are held for 24 hours. Withdrawals above a threshold require approval by two members of staff.

Refusal and closure

We refuse deposits and withdrawals, and close accounts, where verification fails, where funds are sanctioned, or where we cannot meet our legal obligations. Funds that are not subject to a legal hold are returned through the withdrawal process.

Rules and availability may vary by operator and jurisdiction. The terms shown by your operator govern your account.
